Will there be any changes to the services I receive?

You will notice minor changes and enhancements as we integrate CPS into CloudSAFE’s service management processes. However, you will continue to receive exceptional support from the same great team members you know and trust.

Will there be new services or products introduced as a result of this acquisition?

Yes, you will have more options than before, but you can keep your existing service without changes. CloudSAFE has strategically built a complete package of services for you, our customers. At CloudSAFE, you can access public and private cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery, backup and managed services for IBM i, IBM AIX, Windows, and Linux environments.

Does CloudSAFE work with public cloud platforms?

Yes, CloudSAFE works with public cloud platforms and specializes in hybrid cloud architectures. We can integrate your existing public cloud investments with our managed services and private
cloud infrastructure.

What makes CloudSAFE different from other managed service providers?

CloudSAFE focuses exclusively on purpose-built infrastructure solutions rather than generic cloud hosting. We offer specialized expertise in regulated industries, direct access to senior engineers (not offshore support centers), and infrastructure designed specifically for reliability

Will I have to sign new contracts or agreements?

What billing changes should I expect?

You will begin to see your invoices coming from CloudSAFE through Netsuite. These invoices will include a note about changes to the payment instructions included on the invoice.

Where can I find an updated W-9 form?

To request an updated W-9, please send an email to AR@cloudsafe.com.

Will there be any changes to contracts moving forward?

There won’t be any changes to your service, but all existing contracts now fall under CloudSAFE Group LLC. This doesn’t require any immediate action on your part. New contracts and renewals will eventually adopt the CloudSAFE Group name to keep everything cohesive.
